There was no sim card or user's manual when it arrived. My daughter had this watch for less than a week. It's stuck in a booting sequence. It'll stay that way until the battery dies, then after it charges, it gets stuck again when we try to turn it on. Found the manual online, but there was nothing about how to fix this issue.
