I bought two of these, for each of my kids. They have had them for a couple weeks now. Compared to my daughter's (significantly more expensive) last watch, calls are much better, and there are more features. I love how you can switch the bands and cases and use it as a pendant. Just a note about the pendant case: It seems to cause an echo on the other end of the phone call, maybe due to blocking a speaker or something. The calls are crystal clear without that case, the tracking works, the inclusion of two magnetic charging cables is great, and there is a lot of customizability. It runs some Android wearable version. If you download the game app, some games include links that take you to a web browser on the watch. Just beware of that app, if you don't want your kids browsing the web, not that it is easy at all to type anything in that tiny screen. Also, something keeps making phantom notifications on my daughter's watch, which I need to figure out.The associated YQT phone app is pretty solid and has a good English interface. I already had a SpeedTalk plan for my daughter's last watch, so I was able to transfer that to the included SIM card. This is far and away the best value and functionality in a kids smart watch, and I am glad to have taken a chance on a random Amazon brand.
