This was a horrible review because the watch did not work when I received it. I was upset because this is the second watch I have purchased that runs with Setracker2 and Speedtalkmobile that came with no contact info or manufacturer info in or on the box. It turns out for the second time it is speedtalk that deserves the bad review not the watch company. After replacing the sim card (finding out that was not provisioned for calls after placing it in my mobile phone and not the watch) all functions of the watch started to work as they should. Olivia did reach out when I finally found a way to contact the seller on Amazon and she had amazing customer service. She made sure that my product worked and sent me all the helpful tips and instructions to make sure I was going through the steps properly and it was indeed not the watch even though Speedtalk swore that the service was fine and it was the watch again. Thank you Olivia for all of your help and for changing my mind on this product and customer service! :) I am happy now. This watch does everything it promised! I can keep track and call my baby whenever needed. Made the bus ride to school so much easier for us.Update: I love all the features but taking away a star because the watch is often offline recently when needed most so they don't always work.Update 2: After a month it's really unusable.
